After compaction and flattening, the top layer of the soil was covered with a concrete slab. It separates all metal elements from the ground. Then metal frames are mounted and the formwork is performed. The foundation of the 4th block will be poured first.

Ground work was resumed in March while at the job site were executed the last soil piles. The preparation of foundation pit also started during this period. The pit will have the shape, size and volume of the foundation slab.

Cold weather affects the work progress at the job site since mid-January. The top layer of soil is frozen to a depth of a meter. Ground work can be restarted only after the worm weather will establish.

The construction process on this site began in September. Demolition of the existing buildings was the first step. In October the site perimeter was perclosed. At the same time excavation works begun. In December the process of soil compaction started. This process will last until March.
