Construction works on this job site was performed continuously during 2010-2011 winter season. Every day, 75 workers were doing various works on all three buildings. Thus, in January 2011, room divider walls were built on the first floor of 4th building. Also building of the fourth floor (level 6) starts. For the 3rd building, the first level of underground garages was made, and formworks for the second one starts. At 2nd building, assembling of reinforced underground walls began.

Building of 1st house case has entered a final stage — mansard — in March, 2010. In the next months the facade and roof will be executed. Decoration work will begin. Building of 4th block will renew.
